GriefShare program offered Community members who have experienced the death of a family member or friend are invited to register for the GriefShare program held at St. John's United Methodist Church.
This program features Christ-centered, biblical teaching that focuses on grief topics associated with the death of a loved one. Robert Collins and his wife, the Rev. Danese Collins, will lead the sessions. Both leaders have completed additional course work in counseling the bereaved and grieving. Consignment Boutique, Art Gallery The Church Mouse Consignment Boutique and Art Gallery, a mission of Union United Methodist Church in Bridgeville, is now open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. A selection of quality furniture, home décor and ladies accessories (jewelry, scarves, handbags) are for sale. Like items are accepted for consignment - the commission fee for these items are 40% to consignor for items selling under $100 and 50% for items over $100. Local art work is also on display and for sale. If you are a local artist and want to display your work for sale in the gallery section there is a fee of 10% for items priced under $50 and 15% for items $51-$150 and a 20% fee for items over $150.
