'One Nation Under God' video
On Sunday, Aug. 28, at 8 p.m., Grace Baptist Church, 805 Atlanta Road, Seaford, will reshow the recently broadcast video from Coral Ridge Ministries entitled, "One Nation, Under God" – what our country's founders believed and what guided their philosophy of government. All citizens should see and understand these facts as opposed to the opinions often shown in the media and heard in some courts. The public is invited. There will be no charge or offering taken. Musicians, singers needed
The first weekly contemporary and community "Saturday Night Son Rise Celebration with Jesus Christ" will be on Saturday, Sept. 24, at 6:30 p.m., in St. John's Church sanctuary located on Pine and Popular streets in Seaford. The celebration is seeking community volunteer praise band musicians and singers and up to 30 contemporary choir singers. Call Rob Harman at 302-462-0510 for audition times and place. Free car wash
C.H. Foggie AME Zion Church, 7366 Federalsburg Road in Bridgeville will have a free car wash on Saturday, Aug. 27, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Call 875-7438.
