NEW WATER TANK - This water tank along US 13, Seaford, is the fourth water tank in the city. Others are located near the Penco warehouses, near the railroad tracks in the center of the city and at the Seaford Industrial Park. The new tank, which holds 500,000 gallons, will supply the commercial and residential expansion of the city to the northeast, City Manager Dolores Slatcher said. The tank should be on line by this summer. A curtain is used during the painting process to confine the paint.
