In addition to packing meals for refugees, volunteers brought handmade quilts to send to Africa. Shown (l to r) are Abigail Bontrager, Bethany Gingerich, Jaihla Lehto, and Hannah Pinkham-Gilbert with the quilt they donated. This is the fourth packing event held at Greenwood Mennonite School. Volunteers from 10 area churches worked to pack 52,000 meals with rice and beans provided by the Global Aid Network and paid for by the local people.
