Nanticoke Little League
Nanticoke Little League Longaberger basket bingo on Tuesday, Dec. 7, at 7 p.m., at Seaford Moose Lodge, Rt. 13A in Seaford. Twenty games and several basket combinations including two 2004 Christmas sets, tree trimming sets and several regular line baskets as prizes. Tickets are $20 per person; $25 at the door. Victorian Christmas at Mansion

Scouts Doing Food Drive

Stay & Play at Parks & Rec

Seaford Council is meeting on Dec. 14
The Seaford Mayor and City Council will only have one meeting in December - on Tuesday, Dec. 14, starting at 7 p.m. in the council chambers at city hall on High Street in downtown Seaford. The council passed an ordinance to cancel the second regular meeting in December of all years “unless council decides to hold one.”

Seaford Police have gun locks for public
Police Commissioner Larry Miller, at the Nov. 23 Seaford Mayor and Council meeting, informed the public that the Seaford Police Department has gun locks available at the police station on Virginia Avenue free of charge. “We want to reduce the possibility of an accident in homes with children. I hope the word gets out that we have the free gun locks,” Miller said.
