‘Moonlit Moments’ at Library
Read-Aloud Delaware and the Seaford Public Library are hosting “Moonlit Moments,” an evening of storytelling and music with Clem Bowen, Thursday, Nov. 20, 5:30-7:30 p.m.There will be pizza, storytelling, music, a craft and a book give-away.

Seaford GOP Women
Seaford Republican Women’s Club,Thursday, Nov. 20, 10:30 a.m.,Pizza King restaurant. Marlene Elliott, well known for her years of working with Sen. Bill Roth, will speak about her responsibilities as executive director of Urban Development. A salad lunch will be available. All men and women interested in the Republican party are welcome. Library Poinsettia Sale
Friends of the Seaford District Library Christmas Poinsettia Sale (flowers can be picked up on Dec. 6). The price is $6 each (four for $20) for five-inch plants (3-4 blooms) provided by Jeff’s Greenhouse. All orders must be paid in full at the registration desk at the library.

Lioness Holiday Plant Sale
Seaford Lioness Club is selling poinsettias in six-inch pots and have 4-5 blooms each -red, white, pink, and marble (cream colored with red streaks). Also available are Christmas cactuses. The cost is $7 each or two for $13. Call Teresa Stewart at 628-0835 to place an order or see any Lioness member before Nov. 26.

Read Aloud Training
Read Aloud Delaware volunteer training session, Tuesday, Nov. 25, 1 p.m. in the Seaford Public Library, 402 North Porter St., Seaford. Call 856-2527. Volunteer readers are needed at various reading sites in Sussex County.

Visually Impaired Support Group
The Seaford Visually Impaired Suuport Group meets in the activity room of the Methodist Manor House the first and third Thursdays from 1:30-3 p.m. Anyone with a vision problem or a caregiver is welcome. There is no charge. Phone Robert Gray, 629-6204.
Museum Closings Upcoming
The Seaford Museum will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 27 and on Friday, Nov. 28. Anyone wishing to tour the museum on these dates should call Eleanor Jamison at 629-8095.

Three Little Bakers
Nanticoke Senior Center trip to Three Little Bakers, “Home for the Holidays,” Wednesday, Dec. 10, 3 p.m. Motorcoach transportation, a meal, and desserts. Cost is $55 members and $65 non-members.

SHS Class of 1973
