Lioness Selling Chances for Trip
The Laurel Lioness Club is selling chances for a “Weekend in May” in Ocean City and $100 in cash, $3 each or two for $5. Contact a Lioness member.
Bell Ringers Needed in Laurel
Volunteers are needed for the Laurel Good Samaritan bell-ringing fund raiser Dec. 1-24 at French’s Super Valu. Phone Jim Jestice at 875-7743.

Laurel Toy Drive
Laurel Police Department is in the process of organizing a Toy Drive for the Christmas Holiday. Its goal is… “No Kid Without A Toy For Christmas.” They will be working with school nurses to see that the toys go to families that are truly in need. LPD is asking for donations of new, unwrapped toys. Donations may be dropped off at the Laurel Police Department Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., or contact Sergeant Jamie Wilson at 875-2244. The Toy Drive will run until Dec. 23.
