SHS Class of 1985 reunion
The Seaford Senior High School Class of 1985 will hold its 15-year reunion Dinner and Dance on Saturday, Nov. 4, at the Seaford Golf and Country Club. A social hour will begin at 5:30 p.m. with dinner to follow at 6:30. Contact Pat Andrews, 628-1908, or Mike Kraft, 629-6171.

SHS Class of 1990 reunion

Fred Douglass Night
Parents' Night at Frederick Douglass School, Oct. 19, 6:30-8 p.m., "Fall Into Learning, Harvest The Benefits." Door prizes and refreshments. Parents need to RSVP to their child's teacher.

Basket Bingo Friday
Seaford Elks Lodge 2458 will host a Longaberger basket bingo Friday, Oct. 20, at 7 p.m. Tickets cost $20 in advance, $25 at the door. Refreshments will be served. Call 629-7357.

Boating course offered
The Seaford Flotilla of the Coast Guard Auxiliary will offer the Delaware State Boating Course Oct. 21-28, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Nanticoke River Yacht Club, Blades. Cost is $6. Call 629-6337.

Fitness classes set to start
Certified instructor Carol Lynch will start a new fitness session next week. Classes Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9 a.m. (free childcare provided) and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 p.m., in St. John's United Methodist Church fellowship hall. Tax-Aide seeks volunteers
AARP Tax-Aide, the nation's largest, free, volunteer-run tax counseling and preparation service, is looking for volunteers to help senior and low income taxpayers complete their 2000 federal and state income tax forms. Volunteers will receive an instruction course in January 2001 and have to pass a qualifying test. Contact Bill Watt, 629-7309.
Puppets at the Caffe

Legion officer in Seaford
Darrell Johnson, the American Legion Department Service officer, will be at Nanticoke Post 6, 230 Front St., Seaford on Wednesday, Oct. 25, from 9 a.m. till 1 p.m. If you served in the military and want information on veterans health care, stop by. All veterans are welcome.

AAUW dinner meeting
The Seaford Branch of AAUW will be holding a dinner meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 25, at the Seaford Golf and Country Club. Dinner will begin at 6 p.m. Our guest speaker for the evening will be Dr. Mellie Kinnamon, director of Human Resource Development and Public Information for the Seaford School District. Acorn Club meeting
"Spooky Fun" will be the program for the Acorn Club of Seaford on Oct. 26 in the Seaford Library Community Room at 7:30 p.m. Come dressed in Halloween fun-costumes for party prizes.

Chamber dinner meeting
The Greater Seaford Chamber of Commerce will hold its general membership dinner meeting on Thursday, Oct. 26, at the Seaford Golf & Country Club. Reservations must be made. Seaford Halloween Parade
The annual Seaford Halloween Parade is scheduled for Monday, Oct. 30, at 7 p.m. The parade will feature the Seaford Senior High School Marching Band and Middle School Marching Band. Prizes will be awarded to: the most original; scariest; funniest; and more.

Manor House bazaar set
