Seaford High Band Blitz
The Seaford High School Band is conducting its annual community blitz to raise funds to support its activities. This year's blitz will take place from Sept. 21 through Oct. 4. Band members will be wearing their marching uniforms as they canvass Seaford neighborhoods asking for donations.

This is a major fund-raiser for the band. These donations make it possible for the band to travel to and participate in band competitions, maintain the concession stands at the football field, purchase music and musical arrangements, pay for band staff, attend summer band camps and festivals, and meet operating expenses.

Under the direction of Mr. Harvey Bullock, the band program includes marching band, concert band, jazz band, and color guard. The band performs at all Seaford High football games, marches in parades, presents community concerts, and participates in "Tournament of Bands" competitions. The band recently performed at the Seaford Town and Country Fair and at the Woodland Ferry Festival.
