Sussex Fibromyalgia Support Group will meet
The Sussex Fibromyalgia Support Group will hold its monthly meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 10, at 7 p.m., at the Methodist Manor House, Wesley Wellness Center, Middleford Road, Seaford, in the inservice room. The program will include a video, “Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia,” by Dr. Charles Lapp from Charlotte, N.C. Friends and relatives are welcome. For further information call Jonathan Souder at 629-4593.
Meeting will start auxiliary’s fall season
Pat Olekszyk, president of the Nanticoke Health Services Auxiliary, will conduct the first fall meeting of the organization Wednesday, Sept. 11. An 11:30 a.m. luncheon at Seaford Golf & Country Club will precede the business meeting. The cost of the luncheon is $10 and reservations are required. As this is the group's annual membership drive, members are encouraged to bring friends. Each committee chairperson will explain his or her responsibilities. Olekszyk said that doing this will enable the membership to associate the names of the heads of committees with their faces and to understand how each committee operates.
