Nanticoke Memorial Hospital Golf Tournament
The 14th annual Golf Tournament co-sponsored by Nanticoke Memorial Hospital and Wilmington Trust will be held Friday, Sept. 15, 12 p.m., at the Seaford Golf and Country Club in Seaford. The tournament will be a scramble format. ReneŽ Morris, coordinator of this year's event, expects a full field again as the golfers look forward to the fun-filled event. With the help of individuals and corporate sponsors, last year's tournament raised more than $20,000 for Nanticoke Memorial Hospital. Proceeds will be used for the Hospital's endowment fund.

Morris is pleased to report that early support has already ensured that the cost for participants would not increase over last year, and delicious food, beverages and extensive door prizes would complement the afternoon of golf.

Teams of four players will compete for various prizes that have been donated by local and national businesses. During the course of the day, enthusiastic golfers will have numerous chances to test their skills by competing in contests for Longest Drive, Closet-To-The Pin, Hit-The Green and a Hole-In-One. One lucky players will leave the tournament with a "Getaway Weekend for Two."

Committee members for this year's event include Ed Cranston, Mike Monaco and Rene Morris. Anyone interested in individual reservations or learning more about the corporate packages should contact ReneŽ Morris at 302-629-6611, ext. 2404.
