Church plans fall events

The Bridgeville Church of God has planned the following events:

Sunday, Sept. 5, 10:45 a.m., Al Taylor from Church of God International Offices in Cleveland, Tenn., will speak during the morning service.

Saturday, Sept. 11, 7 p.m., Young adults are invited to attend Cafe 404, a Christian coffeehouse ministry. Tonight’s entertainment is free. We feature live music, great fellowship, and delicious coffee.

Saturday, Sept. 18, Church of God Family Day at King’s Dominion - Apples of Gold and Brother’s Keeper are among the free entertainment at King’s Dominion that day. Tickets are available for $19. Tickets for a concert by Carman can be purchased for an additional $9.50. To purchase tickets, or for more information, call Dan Knight at 337-3044.
Saturday, Oct. 23, 7 p.m., Layton Howerton in Concert - Cafe 404. Songs from Howerton’s Sparrow debut album, “Boxing God,” include “The Kirby Man” and “Grace Under Fire.” Tickets are $12, and that includes the coffee. To purchase tickets, or for more information, contact pastor Harold Daniels, at 337-3044. Howerton will also perform Sunday, Oct. 24, 10:45 a.m. in the church. He will also teach a Sunday school class at 9:45 a.m.

Saturday, Oct. 30, 7 to 9 p.m. - the church will hold its annual fall festival. For more information, call Dan Knight at 337-3044.
