Fall back into fitness
Do the next right thing! Make that time to re-energize, get fit and have fun with new and old friends. Classes held in air-conditioned comfort at St. John’s U.M.C. Fellowship Hall, (sponsored by St. John’s but open to the public). This session runs for eight weeks: Monday. Wednesday, Friday, 9 a.m. (Free quality child care) and Tuesday & Thursday, 5:30 p.m. Beginners to advanced participants are welcome in this co-ed, non-competitive, muscle-toning, stretching/hi-lo aerobic class. Ice-Cream Social
The Friends of the Seaford District Library will be having an Ice-Cream Social at the library on Wednesday, Aug. 28, at 7 p.m. The library is located at 402 N. Porter St. Performing a magic show will be Magician James E. Rebman.
