Seaford annexation - A request to annex eight-tenths of an acre along Williams Pond passed Monday. The vote was 15 to 0 in the city and 1 to 0 in the area to be annexed. Milford Street Associates requested the annexation for lots 10 and 11 in Pine Cove. The property is undeveloped, but could become the location for professional offices.
