Ministerial Bible Schools
Woodbridge Ministerial Association announces area Vacation Bible Schools at the following churches. Send your children to each one throughout the summer.

Nazarene Church revival
A revival will take place at the United Church of the Nazarene, 4718 Jackson St., Hurlock, Md. The pastor is Ebenezer Williamson and the guest speaker will be Pastor John H. Alliance Church Bible School
The Atlanta Road Alliance Church in Seaford is offering Vacation Bible School for children age 4 through sixth grade completed, July 25-29, from 9 a.m. to noon. This year’s exciting theme is “Upward Bound.” Student backpackers will “hike” through lots of fun activities as they follow Jesus, the Lead Guide, along the rugged and radical trail to the summit! Praisemen Quartet in concert
The Praisemen Quartet from Maranatha Baptist Bible College in Watertown, Wisc., will present a concert at First Baptist Church, 543 North Bradford St., Seaford, on Friday, July 15, at 7 p.m. The five-member ensemble includes Justin Jones of Ashtabula, Ohio, Daniel Brier of Menomonie Falls, Wisc., Jeremiah Cochran of Cullman, Ala., Isaiah Oetken of Greenville, Mich., and Joshua Ledgerwood, pianist, of Watertown, Wisc. James Solarek of Indianapolis, Ind., will also travel with the group as the speaker. Maranatha Baptist Bible College is a four-year, coeducational institution accredited with the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. Founded in 1968 by Dr. B. Myron Cedarholm, Maranatha’s mission is to train men and women for effective gospel ministry and service in local Baptist churches through a higher education program of Biblical, general, and professional studies. Latin Mass July 17
A Latin mass according to the Missal of 1962 is celebrated on the third Sunday of every month at 3 p.m. at Holy Cross Church in Dover. The mass will be celebrated on July 17. The mass is always a Missa Cantata using traditional Gregorian chant. For further information, call 302-674-5781.

Spaghetti dinner July 15
There will be a spaghetti dinner Friday, July 15, at St John’s United Methodist Church, Pine and Poplar streets in Seaford. The dinner is a fundraiser for six-year-old Brendin Geahr, who has suffered from digestive and other medical problems since birth. His family is struggling with the expenses incurred during his many trips to AI Dupont Hospital in Wilmington for medical tests and treatments. The dinner will be held from 5-7 p.m. Adults are $6, age 11 and under $3, and children under 3 are free. Questions call Connie Matthews at the St. John’s Thrift Store 628-5138.

Mt. Olivet summer studies
Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church is hosting summer Sunday School and Bible studies this summer, each Sunday through July 24, at 9:45 a.m., in Fellowship Hall. Children, youth and adults will participate in singing, Bible study, crafts and drama. Vacation Bible School, “The Kingdom of the Son” will be offered the week of July 25 to 29 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. All are welcome. Call the church office 629-4458.

Evangelism classes coming
Evangelism classes start on Saturday, Aug. 6, at 10 a.m. Classes will run on a four-week cycle at the River of Life Christian Center, 17 West Market St., Greenwood. For more information call the church office at 349-9420.

Vacation Bible School
