Artists' work on display
The Delmarva Decorative Artists, a regional affiliated chapter of the Society of Decorative Painters, has members' work on display at the Laurel Library through May. Members of the group meet once a month in Rehoboth or Dover, on either the fourth Wednesday or Saturday of the month. Auxiliary yard, bake sale set
The Marine Corps League Auxiliary, unit 376, will hold a yard and bake sale at 502 S. Central Ave., Laurel, Saturday, June 2, beginning at 8 a.m. The sale will support local charities.

Laurel library friends to meet
The annual meeting of the Friends of the Laurel Public Library will be held at the library on Tuesday, June 17 at 7 p.m. There will be a brief business meeting and refreshments will be served. For information on joining the friends group, contact the library or any of the officers.
