Free CPR trainings offered
Be a part of history as you learn to save a life. Join us Saturday, April 28, as the American Heart Association hosts National CPR Weekend! Be one of more than 100,000 people trained nationwide during this lifesaving event.The training is offered Free at 17 locations statewide and is open to adults and children 12 years of age and older. There are two training sessions for your convenience: 9-11 a.m. and 1-3 p.m. Registration begins one hour before each session. National CPR Weekend is part of Operation Heartbeat, the American Heart Association's community based initiative to strengthen the Chain of Survival.

Annual Dinner-Auction celebrates 50th anniversary
On Saturday, May 19, at the Seaford Golf and Country Club, the Nanticoke Health Services Auxiliary will host its 15th annual dinner auction.
This is the 50th anniversary of the auxiliary's founding, so this will be a special "Anniversary Evening" with many beautiful items to be sold. Don Moore will again offer his services to insure everyone will have a great evening.

Doors will open at 5 p.m. allowing plenty of time to preview the items and socialize with friends. The buffet dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. A cash bar will be available.
Tickets are $50 each with $25 as a deductible donation to the hospital.
HIV Resources Available
The SHARP Center is an HIV/AIDS resource center available to educators, the community and those affected by HIV/AIDS. Books, audio cassettes, and videos may be borrowed at no charge.
