VFW Breakfast on April 18
The Ladies Auxiliary of VFW Post 4961 on Middleford Road in Seaford will have a breakfast, Sunday, April 18. The breakfast held from 8-11 a.m., includes meats, eggs cooked to order, pancakes, toast, coffee and juice. The cost is $5 for adults and $2.50 for children under 12.

Geraniums Pick Up April 24
Geraniums ordered to benefit the American Association of University Women (AAUW) scholarship program may be picked up and paid for at the West Seaford School parking lot on Saturday, April 24, between 8:30 and 11 a.m. Any orders not picked up will be offered for sale to the public.

PTO Dinner Out Program
Support the Frederick Douglass PTO by having dinner at Friendlyís Restaurant. Come out for dinner on April 27 between 5 and 8 p.m. when 10 percent of the total dinner sales will be donated to the PTO.

Miss-Little Miss Pageant
The Miss and Little Miss Seaford Pageant will take place on Friday, April 23, at 7 p.m. in the Seaford High School Madden Auditorium. Sponsored by the Seaford Lioness Club, contestants are now being sought. The Miss Seaford contest is open to girls who reside in Seaford and are a freshman, sophomore, or junior at Seaford High School (must turn 14 prior to April 23). Little Miss contestants must live in Seaford and be in kindergarten or first grade in Seaford.
Gethsemane Flower Fair
Gethsemane United Methodist Church Flower Fair (rain or shine; if raining, it will be held in fellowship hall), Saturday, April 24, 9 a.m-1 p.m. Available for sale will be Motherís Day gifts and garden items such as beautiful hanging baskets, bedding plants, geraniums, bushes, herbs, etc. Hotdogs and sodas will be available along with homemade ice cream and a bake sale. Free blood pressure check from 9-11 a.m. Gethsemane is located four miles west of Seaford on Rt. 20. Call 629-9161.

Seaford Downtown Meeting
Downtown Seaford Associationís business meeting will be Monday, April 19, 7 p.m., at Seaford City Hall Annex located on High Street in Seaford. New members are welcome.

Acorn Club Meeting April 22
The General Federation of Womenís Clubs-Acorn Club of Seaford, Inc., will meet at the Seaford Library, Thursday, April 22, at 7:30 p.m. A business meeting and election of officers will take place. Hostess is Edie Irwin and committee.
