Auxiliary holds 'Fashions 2000' show
The Nanticoke Health Services Auxiliary held its annual fashion show
this past Sunday at St. John's United Methodist Church Fellowship
Hall in Seaford. Pictured from left are some of the participants in

Doug Wickham, physical therapist and nutritionist with 25 years experience,
will speak at three meetings. Topics of discussion will include introduction
to functional foods and how to survive in a world full of toxins,
facing health challenges and eating food that heals the body.
On March 30, at 7 p.m., Wickham will speak at Christ United Methodist
Church, 501 S. Central Ave., Laurel. On March 31, a meeting will take
place at 11 a.m. in the Hayman Meeting Room of the Delmar Public Library.
A meeting will be held in Salisbury on Friday, March 30, at 7 p.m.
in the Morrison Chiropractic Clinic.

NMH Auxiliary luncheon
St. Luke's Episcopal Church Parish House at King and North streets,
Seaford, will be the site of the April business meeting of Nanticoke
Hospital Auxiliary on Wednesday, April 12.
The business meeting with Suzanne Smith, president, will commence
at 10:30 a.m.
Special guest speakers will be from the Gift of Life organization.
This program involves transplants and covers a wide spectrum. Barbara
McMullen, organ donor to her husband, and Carolyn Massey, a heart
transplant recipient, will be the guest speakers.
Following the business session, the Women of St. Luke's will serve
a seated luncheon. Reservations will be accepted no later than April
9. Callers from the Auxiliary will be contacting members regarding
reservations for the luncheon which will cost $7.
A follow-up report will be given on the annual Fashion Show held in
Those Auxiliary members wishing to attend who are not contacted by
an Auxiliary caller may make a reservation by calling Virginia "Mike"
DRADA Support Group
The Sussex County DRADA (Depression and Related Affective Disorders
Association) support group meets on the third Thursday of each month
from 6:30-8 p.m. This month will be April 20. There is no charge to

DRADA works in cooperation with the department of psychiatry at the
Johns Hopkins University School of medicine to assure medically-accurate
materials for the group.
