Sussex Bird Club

NARFE Chapter to meet

Photography Show
The Delaware Professional Photographers, Inc., will have their Annual Convention at Dover's Modern Maturity Center, Feb. 17-19. The evening portion of the Convention on Saturday, Feb. 17, will be open to the public. Call 629-4396.

Indoor Turkey Shoot
The Nanticoke Sportsmen's Club, located on Bethel Concord Road, will host an Indoor Turkey Shoot, on Saturday, Feb. 17, at noon. Cost is $2 a round. Food and drink will be available. Call 629-9199.

Longaberger Basket Bingo
Our Lady of Lourdes Youth Group will be sponsoring a Longaberger Basket Bingo on March 24 at Our Lady of Lourdes Church Parish Hall. Proceeds benefit the youth group trip to the National Catholic Youth Conference in Indiana. Tickets in advance are $20, or $25 at the door. Boating Course offered
The Seaford Flotilla of the Coast Guard Auxiliary will be offering Boating Courses on Feb. 17 and 24, 8 a.m.-noon, at the Nanticoke River Yacht Club building on Market Street in Blades. Call 629-6493.

Blades Auxiliary dinner
The Blades Volunteer Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary will host a Beef & Dumpling all-you-can-eat dinner on Feb. 18, from noon till sold out, at the Blades Fire Hall, Fifth and Cannon streets. Cost is: adults, $7; children 10 and under, $4; four-years old and under, free. Carryouts are $7.50.

Women's Republican Club
