Head Start is making plans for new facility



NEILL AT LITTLE LEAGUE REGISTRATION - Mike Neill, a 2002 Olympic gold medalist who played for Team USA in baseball, will attend the Nanticoke Little League registration on Saturday, Feb. 5, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Neill, who grew up in Seaford and played in the Nanticoke Little League, will sign autographs and be available for photographs.
